Canellation Policy

Emerald Healing values your time and the care given to each session. Appointments are reserved specifically for you.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee if the appointment time cannot be filled.

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee.

Grace is extended for emergencies, sudden illness, or severe weather, and these situations will be handled with understanding and compassion.
