Service Description
Athletic Reset is a targeted, results-driven bodywork session designed for active bodies, athletes, and high-movement lifestyles. This session focuses on improving mobility, reducing muscle tension, and supporting faster recovery through skilled therapeutic massage, active release techniques, assisted mobility, and focused red light therapy. Strategic heat placement and a performance recovery topical are used to prepare tissue and support release without overstimulation. Ideal for training support, post-event recovery, injury prevention, and ongoing performance maintenance. This is a full-session performance and recovery service, not an add-on.
Cancellation Policy
Emerald Healing values your time and the care given to each session. Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee if the appointment time cannot be filled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. ​Grace is extended for emergencies, sudden illness, or severe weather, and these situations will be handled with understanding and compassion. ​ Thank you for respecting this policy, which allows Emerald Healing to provide attentive, high-quality care to all clients.
