Service Description
Sometimes you know something feels “off,” but you can't quite put your finger on what it is. Emotion Code is an energy-based wellness technique that focuses on identifying and releasing trapped emotional energy that may be connected to stress, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, or feeling stuck. Your session is personalized around what you're experiencing and what you'd like to work on. We can focus on a specific situation, recurring emotional pattern, relationship, life transition, or simply whatever feels most present for you. Choose a 30- or 60-minute session: ✨ 30-Minute Emotion Code Session — $75 A focused session for addressing a specific area or intention. A great option if you're new to Emotion Code, want to work on one particular issue, or prefer a shorter session. ✨ 60-Minute Emotion Code Session — $150 More time to explore what's going on, identify areas of focus, and allow for a deeper Emotion Code session and integration afterward. Choose How You'd Like to Meet In Person: Sessions are held at Emerald Healing Method in Lynnwood, WA, in a calm, relaxing environment. Your session may include time on my far infrared crystal healing mat to support relaxation and grounding. Virtual: Prefer to meet from home? Your Emotion Code session can also be done virtually through Zoom. You'll still have the same personalized, one-on-one session—you simply don't have to leave your house. Emotion Code may be a good fit if you're feeling: • Emotionally overwhelmed or stuck • Like you're carrying something you can't seem to let go of • Stressed, tense, or emotionally heavy • Disconnected from yourself • Caught in recurring emotional patterns • Curious about energy work and ready to experience it for yourself Some clients choose to have a single session around a specific focus, while others enjoy working together over multiple sessions as different layers and areas come up. I also offer a separate 30-minute Remote Emotion Code session performed through text/email for $65.
Cancellation Policy
Emerald Healing values your time and the care given to each session. Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee if the appointment time cannot be filled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Grace is extended for emergencies, sudden illness, or severe weather, and these situations will be handled with understanding and compassion. Thank you for respecting this policy, which allows Emerald Healing to provide attentive, high-quality care to all clients.
