Want to experience Emotion Code without coming into the office or getting on a Zoom call? This 30-minute Remote Emotion Code session is designed to give you the convenience of having your session performed completely remotely. Emotion Code is an energy-based wellness technique that focuses on identifying and releasing trapped emotional energy that may be connected to feelings of stress, overwhelm, emotional heaviness, or feeling stuck. Before your session, you'll tell me what you'd like to focus on. When booking, please use the comment box to share what's been going on, what you're feeling, or the area you'd like me to work with. This gives me a better understanding of your intention and allows me to personalize your session. When I'm ready to begin, I'll send you a quick text or email letting you know I'm starting your session. You don't need to be on your phone, available on Zoom, or actively participate while I'm doing the work. Once your session is complete, I'll send you a list of the emotions we were able to identify and release. Remote Emotion Code | 30 minutes | $65 This service is completely remote and is performed through text/email communication before and after your session. No Zoom or video call is required. Remote sessions are available from anywhere and can be a great option if you don't live near Lynnwood, have a busy schedule, prefer to work from home, or simply feel more comfortable experiencing energy work from your own space. If you've been feeling emotionally stuck, carrying something you can't quite put your finger on, or feel like something needs to shift, this may be a good place to start.
