Each massage includes warm towel compressions, aromatherapy, grounding hot stones, and far infrared support to soften tissues, improve circulation, and calm the nervous system. You have the choice of magnesium, lymphatic, or CBD cream to further support relaxation, recovery, or inflammation relief. The work is slow, intuitive, and intentional — guided by your body rather than a preset routine. Pressure and pacing are adjusted with care, allowing tension to melt without force and creating space for deeper, longer-lasting relief. This session is ideal for chronic tension, stress-related holding patterns, athletic recovery, or anyone seeking a therapeutic experience that feels both effective and nurturing. Your body is met with presence, skill, and respect — gently guided toward greater ease, openness, and renewal.
Cancellation Policy
Emerald Healing values your time and the care given to each session. Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee if the appointment time cannot be filled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Grace is extended for emergencies, sudden illness, or severe weather, and these situations will be handled with understanding and compassion.
