**Sole Reset** is a deeply grounding reflexology experience designed to calm the nervous system and restore balance from the ground up. Reflexology works through gentle, intentional touch on the feet and hands—areas that hold energetic and structural connections to the rest of the body. As these points are engaged, the body is invited to soften, release held tension, and return to a more balanced state. Warm towel compression, magnesium-rich foot therapy, gentle reflexology, hot stones, and Far infrared therapy, work together to support circulation, encourage energetic flow, and deepen relaxation. To extend the work through the full myofascial and nervous systems, hand reflexology is incorporated, with the session ending with brief neck and shoulder massage, helping the body fully receive and settle the work from feet to head. This session is ideal for stress relief, nervous system regulation, improved sleep, and overall restoration. The pace is slow and intentional, offering space for the body to unwind naturally—without force or overstimulation. *Reflexology techniques may be briefly incorporated into massage sessions; Sole Reset is reserved as a dedicated full-session experience.*
Cancellation Policy
Emerald Healing values your time and the care given to each session. Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee if the appointment time cannot be filled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Grace is extended for emergencies, sudden illness, or severe weather, and these situations will be handled with understanding and compassion.
