Reflexology is a therapeutic touch technique that focuses on specific points of the feet and hands that correspond with different areas of the body. Through intentional pressure and gentle techniques, reflexology encourages relaxation, supports circulation, and helps the body release built-up tension. This restorative foot reflexology session combines: • Foot reflexology to support relaxation and body balance • Warm towel compression to soften and comfort tired feet • Magnesium-rich foot therapy to enhance relaxation • Grounding hot stones to promote comfort and ease • Far infrared support to encourage deep relaxation • Hand reflexology to extend the experience through the upper body • Gentle neck and shoulder massage to complete the session Sole Reset is designed to help your body slow down, settle, and reconnect. The intentional pace allows space for deep relaxation without force or overstimulation, making it an ideal wellness experience for those seeking a calming reset. Reflexology techniques may also be incorporated into massage sessions; Sole Reset is reserved as a dedicated full-session reflexology experience. Important Note for Expecting Clients In-person sessions are intentionally designed to support deep relaxation through supportive tools, including far-infrared heat. Because this is not recommended during pregnancy, in-person Sole Reset sessions are not currently available for pregnant clients.
Cancellation Policy
Emerald Healing values your time and the care given to each session. Appointments are reserved specifically for you. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% session fee if the appointment time cannot be filled. No-shows will be charged 100% of the session fee. Grace is extended for emergencies, sudden illness, or severe weather, and these situations will be handled with understanding and compassion.
